200-Hour Training

For anyone who wants to teach, and for anyone who wants to understand their own practice properly.

Philosophy, anatomy, asana, sequencing, cueing, meditation and sound healing.

Included: Sound Healing Level 1 (crystal singing bowls), Meditation Level 1, and six months of mentorship after you graduate.

300-Hour Training

For registered teachers ready to refine what they already do. Advanced sequencing, hands-on adjustments, leadership and teaching presence.

Included: Sound Healing Levels 1 and 2, Meditation Levels 1 and 2, live teaching experience, and six months of mentorship with monthly check-ins.

Sound Healing Certification

Crystal and metal singing bowls, in two levels, two weekends, plus self-paced modules.

How It Runs

Hybrid: in-person weekends at the studio, plus self-paced online modules you finish before graduation.
