Monthly Themes

Every month centers on one idea — Confidence, Courage, Kindness, Friendship, Big Feelings, Gratitude, or Dreams & Goals. It's never a lecture. The theme shows up in the poses, the circle prompts, and the conversations that happen naturally while the girls create.

The girls also build one keepsake craft across the whole month, adding to it each week and taking the finished piece home at the end — something to be excited about coming back to.

The Empower Girls Yoga Circle
