The Emerge Circle is a weekly small-group program where girls move, create, share, and slow down together. Each 60-minute session blends playful yoga, a gratitude circle, a hands-on craft, and a calming wind-down with sound bowls and guided meditation — so every girl leaves feeling seen, capable, and a little more grounded than when she arrived.
The Basics

Monthly Themes
Each month centers on one theme — like Confidence, Courage, Kindness, Friendship, Big Feelings, Gratitude, or Dreams & Goals. The theme isn't a lecture; it comes through in the yoga poses, the circle prompts, and the conversations that happen naturally while the girls create.
Every month the girls also work on one big keepsake craft that grows with the theme. They add to it each week and take the finished piece home at the end of the month — something way cooler than a one-day craft, and a reason to be excited to come back.

4 class credits per month; unused credits roll over. Rate is locked in for as long as enrollment stays active.
Regular Membership: $79
4 class credits per month with rollover. Applies to new enrollments after the founding period closes.
Drop-In: $20 / day pass
