Do I need yoga experience to start?
No experience is needed. Our classes are designed to support beginners and returning students alike.
What if I’m not flexible?
You don’t need flexibility to begin — yoga helps build it over time.
What should I bring? How do I prepare?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Mat rentals are available for $5. All props are provided or you’re welcome to bring your own.
Are classes heated?
Some classes are gently heated and some are not. Temperature details are listed in each class description.
