Building on the mindful strength of Empower, this class invites you to explore advanced variations including deeper backbends, binds, and twists—within a pace that prioritizes integrity, breath, and intentional movement.  This is your space to explore growth, build resilience, and embrace evolution—on the mat and beyond.

Evolve & Flow II

Evolve & Flow II is a dynamic, all-levels power vinyasa class designed to challenge and energize. This infrared-heated experience combines strength-building poses, creative transitions, and optional arm balances and inversions — all delivered in a seamless fun class experience.  Whether you're stepping into your strength or looking to level up your flow, this class offers progressions and modifications to meet you where you are and support where you’re going.

Yin to Zen

Yin to Zen is a calming practice that blends gentle foundational flows with restorative yin postures, and supportive wall work to help you release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your inner calm. This class is designed to support physical alignment, enhance breath awareness, and promote deep relaxation through long-held, fully supported poses.  With the use of props such as bolsters, blocks, and straps, Yin to Zen is fully accessible to all levels—offering a soothing sanctuary where movement meets stillness, and effort gives way to ease.
